Dr. Samuel Jones, CSP, is an experienced leadership practitioner, educator, executive coach, professional speaker, and author. He created the Momentum Mindset® Algorithm to address a pattern he saw repeatedly: people who felt powerless to influence the changes happening around them, not because they lacked capability, but because they lacked a practical framework for identifying what was within their influence and acting on it.
