Information you give us directly:

• Discovery call inquiries. Your name, email address, and organization, plus anything you choose to add: your role, industry, type of opportunity, event or program timeframe, what you want your audience or team to achieve, and additional comments.
• Reflection tools. The Momentum Continuum Check-In and the Pillar Diagnostic run in your browser and show your results without asking for your name or email. If you choose to request follow-up from the results screen, we save your name, email, the details you enter, and your results.
• Messages. Anything you send us by email or phone.

Information collected automatically when you visit:

• Usage information. Pages you view, buttons and links you select (for example, downloading the speaker packet or opening the calendar), the referring website, and campaign tags in the link you followed (such as utm_source). Our hosting platform also records standard technical information such as browser type, device type, and IP address.
• Browser storage. We store how you first arrived at the site (referring site, campaign tags, and landing page) in your browser's local storage, and the pages you view during a visit in session storage. If you later submit an inquiry, this information is attached to it so we understand how you found us. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

We do not ask for, and ask that you not submit, payment card numbers, government identification numbers, health information, or other sensitive personal information through this website.

• To understand which pages, tools, and resources are useful so we can improve the website and our services.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.

We rely on a small number of service providers to operate this website and our business. They handle information only on our behalf:

• Base44 hosts this website, stores inquiry and results submissions, and provides site analytics.
• Zoho CRM stores inquiries so we can manage follow-up.
• Google (Gmail) delivers inquiry notification emails to Dr. Jones. Google Fonts also supplies the typeface used on this site, which means your browser requests font files from Google.
• Calendly provides the scheduling tool shown after you submit an inquiry. If you book a time, the information you enter in Calendly is handled under Calendly's own privacy policy.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, sale, or transfer of our business.

Beyond the browser storage described above, our hosting platform and the embedded Calendly scheduler may set cookies needed for them to function and to measure usage. We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to advertisers. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies and stored data; some features, such as the scheduler, may not work properly if you do.

We keep inquiry and follow-up information for as long as needed to respond to you, manage our working relationship, and keep reasonable business records. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so unless we need to keep it to meet a legal obligation.

You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you may ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
